1. Introduction and What RemindHer Is

Welcome to RemindHer Alert, an automated scheduling assistant, intentional habit tracking, and relationship management utility operated by RemindHer Alert L.L.C. By accessing our web or mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service (As-Is / Entertainment Disclaimer)

RemindHer Alert L.L.C. provides customized AI relationship tracking layouts, automated calendar nudges, and promotional third-party integrations (such as OpenTable web routing). All platform insights, coaching cues, and communication notifications generated by our integrated AI engines are provided strictly 'As-Is' for relational improvement and informational purposes. RemindHer Alert L.L.C. makes no absolute guarantees regarding specific marital outcomes, relationship modifications, or the real-time fulfillment accuracy of local date recommendations.

3. Subscriptions and Billing Terms (Apple App Store)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. All web-native transactions are securely routed and processed via Stripe.

4. Family Sharing Limitations

RemindHer Alert L.L.C. subscriptions do not currently support Apple Family Sharing. Each user requires their own individual premium subscription tier to link account contexts.

5. User Accounts and Content

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, local storage keys, and the standalone authentication links generated for your spouse ('Her Portal'). RemindHer Alert L.L.C. reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete user profiles at our sole discretion if behavior violates community safety standards or involves fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RemindHer Alert L.L.C., its officers, or founders be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application dashboard or relationship coach suggestions. Our total aggregated liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you to the company during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The name 'RemindHer Alert,' our custom layouts, champagne gold branding text configurations, code repository modules, and the distinct RemindHer flame icon asset are the exclusive intellectual property of RemindHer Alert L.L.C. and are fully protected under federal United States and international copyright and trademark protections.

8. Australian Users (Consumer Law Carve-out)

Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to these terms. Where Australian Consumer Law provides remedies that cannot be excluded, those remedies apply. Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies statutory rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be waived by contract.

9. Singapore Users

These terms are subject to Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and any other applicable Singapore law.

10. Age Requirements

RemindHer Alert L.L.C. is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the services provided by RemindHer Alert L.L.C., you confirm you are at least 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover a user is under 13 we will immediately delete their account and all associated data within our database tables.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising directly from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Texas.
