2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT & PURPOSE LIMITATION (PDPA COMPLIANCE)

We collect your data strictly for the following specific purposes. We will not use your data for any purpose beyond those stated below without your prior consent:

First Name & Partner's First Name: To personalize your app experience and communications.
Email Address: To authenticate your account and send service notifications.
City/Location: To generate location-relevant date plans via AI.
Anniversary & Birthday Dates: To send advance reminder notifications.
Relationship Status & Love Language Preferences: To personalize AI-generated content.
Family Information (Whether you have children): To optimize contextualized date profiles.

Data collected automatically:

Device type, browser configuration, pages visited, time spent, session identifiers, push notification tokens, and general usage patterns.

Payment data:

We do not store payment card details. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

To generate personalized AI date plans.
To send you reminders and push notifications.
To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
To process subscription payments.
To provide reliable customer support.

We never sell your personal data.

We never use your data to train AI models.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We share data with the following contractually verified services to operate our services:

Supabase (Database and authentication) — supabase.com
Anthropic Claude (AI date plan generation) — anthropic.com (Note: date plan prompts include your city and preferences but never your name or email)
Stripe (Payment processing) — stripe.com
Resend (Email delivery) — resend.com
Cloudflare (Security and performance) — cloudflare.com

5. HER PORTAL DATA

When your partner uses the unique Her Portal link:

No account is created for them.
No email address is collected from them.
Their hints, options, and list items are stored directly under your account framework only.
They can request deletion at any time by contacting support@remindheralert.com.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your personal information is stored and processed in the United States of America via our service providers Supabase and Anthropic. By using the services of RemindHer Alert L.L.C., you consent to this international transfer. We ensure appropriate industry-standard safeguards are in place to protect your information.

7. REGIONAL RIGHTS (AUSTRALIA, SINGAPORE, EUROPE & CALIFORNIA)

AUSTRALIAN USERS:

RemindHer Alert L.L.C. handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You may lodge a privacy complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au. Push notifications and commercial electronic messages comply with the Spam Act 2003. You may withdraw consent at any time through Settings or by emailing support@remindheralert.com; requests are actioned within 5 business days.

SINGAPORE USERS:

RemindHer Alert L.L.C. collects, uses, and discloses personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). In the event of a data breach affecting Singapore users that is likely to result in significant harm, we will notify affected users and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) within 3 calendar days of discovering the breach. You may contact the PDPC at www.pdpc.gov.sg. We do not send unsolicited marketing to Singapore users. Push notifications are service-related only and require explicit consent.

EUROPEAN USERS (GDPR):

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, port, and erase your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance and legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

CALIFORNIA USERS (CCPA):

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any data sharing.

8. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete all personal data within 30 days. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect data in transit. Data is stored securely via Supabase with robust row-level security (RLS) policies.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@remindheralert.com immediately.
